Forgive a rather self-indulgent publicity post, but I’m really excited to share with you that my new book, ‘Vegan in 15‘ is released TODAY!! It does exactly what it says on the cover – quick and easy plant-based recipes that will be on the table in under 15 minutes, and are exceedingly tasty too.
Working on the book with the lovely people at Short Books has been a bit of a whirlwind, (whilst also expecting a baby which is due any day now!), but an awful lot of fun, and we’ve been eating our way through these recipes for many months on end, (and still are – see my Instagram feed this month….).

So, things have been a little quiet around here this month, I hope you’ve missed me(!). The reason for this brief absence is that I’ve been scurrying around posting recipes and articles elsewhere instead. If you’re a regular reader, you will know that I’ve teamed up with Cranks in the past on some exciting projects, (like this one), and so I was thrilled when they invited me to do a ‘website takeover’ for the month of April, writing recipes and blog posts on their site, on the theme of ‘eating seasonally’.

Well wasn’t November fun?! It started for me with a fab holiday in Norfolk – blustery walks on the beach, chips on Cromer pier, plenty of tea & cake and a cosy holiday cottage. Since then it has been a bit of a hectic month, with lots of lovely recipe development jobs and blog posts keeping me busy in the kitchen, and some fun violin-playing work keeping me busy in the evenings!
I was so chuffed to jump up Foodies100, the UK Food Blog rankings this month, to no. 88! (To put that in context, last month I was at 274 and in June I was at 532!). Finally feels like some hard work is paying off, and your interest, support, lovely comments and social shares and likes continue to make it all worthwhile. Thanks so much!
