These are so easy to make its just silly, but look really impressive and taste amazing. Tenderstem Broccoli is wonderful stuff, and cooks very quickly so is perfect for this recipe. But don’t panic if you can’t get hold of any – Purple Sprouting broccoli or asparagus would work equally well.
Make sure your cheese is vegetarian (good veggie camemberts are made by Carrigbyrne Farmhouse or Cooleeney, both Irish cheesemakers), or else subsitute any other soft cheese (brie, taleggio, fontina, or even blue cheeses would work well).
