      Thanks for all the veggie inspiration, Kate. I've bookmarked this page for marked its good ideas. Had you spotted that recipe 29, Waitrose Savoury Bread and Butter pudding, contains both ham and bacon.

      I am catering for a fundraising event for Youth for Christ Gloucestershire (UK) in March 2020 and we will be having a Hog Roast with apple sauce and stuffing(v) in large rolls. What can I offer as a really good alternative for vegetarians and vegans so that they don't feel they have been given 2nd best? Ideally something that can be served with apple sauce and stuffing (v) in a roll so that everyone is treated the same?
